PRODUCT MANAGER

job duties

• Direct activities of personnel engaged in selling and distributing home décor products. Participate in development of specifications for products to be manufactured in China. Responsible for sourcing home décor products in metal, alternative wall décor, accent furniture, and other home décor categories. Manage and coordinate purchasing and contract management policies. Locate manufacturing vendors in China and interview to determine product availability and terms of sales; negotiate pricing and other contract terms. Analyze market and delivery systems to assess availability of materials.

job requirements

• The requirements for the position of product purchasing manager are bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience in related field. International travel is also required.
